'Recurrence' is one of a few renderings made from a quick sketch of a grand chandelier in an antiquated Vienna cathedral. I was moved by a sense of suspension, weight, refracted light, mystery, and shadows. In this version, I wrapped continuous lines that feel like fascia, holding the light, depth, and dazzle.
