Critical Points of Contact is an ongoing project that emerged during my experience of extreme weather events in BC. When it rains, hails, or snows, I place sun-sensitive paper next to a plant remaining still, present and attentive as the materials respond to one another. The paper captures fleeting moments of interaction between the environment, the plants that evolved here, and my body. Over time, the prints become a record of changing atmospheric conditions and my evolving relationships.
